We are dedicated to help Morgan County grow through gardening education. We don't provide labor to projects
but we will help with education, knowledge and expert advice.
Our group is 50+ strong. In a normal year you would find us involved in many Morgan County Events including the Demo Gardens at the Fair Grounds, produce donations to food pantries, Mooresville Boys & Girls Garden Club, Weed Wrangles, guided Wildflower Walks, Farmer's Day, Farmer's Market Community Days, Daffodil plantings along the highways, Seed saving to distribute to the community, and many other events
through out the county.
Master Gardener classes are held every year. This year, due to Covid-19, the classes are statewide sponsored by Purdue Extension virtually. 2020 class will start Tuesday August 25th and continue through December 8th from 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm . There will be another hour each week dedicated to our local county. Call Michele Jones, County Extension Agent for more details 765-342-1010.
Seeds may not always be available. We save seeds to share with each other and the public. We plan to have seeds to
check out from the Public Library.

Autumn is the
mellower season,
and what we lose
in flowers we more
than gain in fruits.” -Samuel Butler
